Contacted all safe to fix ice machine on ******* refrigerator and also a problem with a washing machine company came out worked on ice machine the next morning there was no ice called company back they came out and was informed that repairs would cost an additional $186 to replace ice machine I refuse to pay an additional $186 after paying $300 to not have ice machine fixed that was their estimate to fix ice machine and they did not fix it spoke to owner or manager about refunding my $300 and I would happily pay $186 to fix ice machine the owner or manager asked to speak to their technician who then closed up and left without repairing ice machine I I am seeking a refund of approximately $120 because they did not do what they said they would do and then after telling me I need a brand new ice machine I also would like them to return and replace ice machine as originally asked additionally was charged $65 to diagnose a washing machine problem which I thought was excessive as they were already here I was informed if the ice maker doesn't work today and tomorrow contact them and they will come backInitial Complaint

On Thursday, June 22nd, an AllSafe repairman arrived at our home to fix our dryer. The appliance was making a loud noise whenever we'd use it. The repairman disassembled the machine, seemed to correct the problem since we tested the machine when it was assembled and the noise issue did not persist. Two days later the same issue recurred. I contacted AllSafe and the repairman returned, but this time he said an entire part of the machine needed to be replaced. I called AllSafe the following day and requested they order the part, which they claimed would cost $150 though they would return and install it without a service charge. They claimed the part would arrive in 5-7 business days and that they would contact me upon receipt of it. They never contacted me again. I have called their business many times over the past 3 weeks looking to speak to someone to help resolve this issue. Each time I'm told the person handling this is unavailable, to leave a message and that he would call me back. Every time I call I'm told this exact same thing. No one calls me. No one emails. No one messages with any kind of update. I'm so far out $257.00 for the initial "repair". My dryer is still broken and no effort on behalf of AllSafe has been made to remediate this situation.Initial Complaint

We were charged $600 to fix our refrigerator. After 7 days we finally got **** the technician to fix it. He installed the part in 10 mins. Left the refrigerator sticking out of the wall. Didn't even try to put it back in place. We then asked for the non working part he replaced and was offended and refused to hand our part that was taken from our appliance. He became agitated and left without the refrigerator working. He explained that because it was a large refrigerator it can take up to 8 hours to start cooling. Well till now, we still can't get a hold of **** and the office has told us to leave a message on ****** cell number and he would get back to **.
