Be advised that Survey Junkie does not offer a mystery or secret shopper program and is in no way affiliated with the scam. If you receive communication regarding a mystery or secret shopper program that claims to come from Survey Junkie, be aware that it is fraudulent. We encourage you to report the communication to the Federal Trade Commission upon receipt. Please do not file a complaint against Survey Junkie as the company is not involved and the scammers are impersonating the company. On November 23, 2022, BBB was made aware of a scam website called sjunkie.co that wrongfully uses the Survey Junkie logo and trademark in some of its images. Currently, we are receiving complaints that were meant for sjunkie.co, not surveyjunkie.com. Although the name may be similar, Survey Junkie is not affiliated with that website or company. We encourage you to report that website to the Federal Trade Commission. Please do not file a complaint against Survey Junkie, as the company is not involved, and the scammers are impersonating the company.

            I have been a loyal member of Survey Junkie since 2023, my account is verified, and I enjoy being a panelist; however, lately I am not qualifying for many surveys and am often told "we're seeing double" to indicate Survey Junkie thinks I have already completed the survey. Occasionally I am told to "answer questions honestly" as if to imply I am not being honest. I am receiving errors and minimum points.Today I completed a long survey on dog food and, not only did my points not credit, I was told there was a problem with my account. Additionally, I am unable to redeem any of my reward options.I can only guess that my account has been suspended via a glitch. I answer surveys honestly, accurately and completely.I would appreciate my account being made accessible so that I can redeem rewards and can continue accessing and completing surveys.

            I tried this years ago and didn't get anywhere... I tried it again today and I've taken close to 10 surveys in about 1 hour and it doesn't let me get through any of the surveys. It has me do between 5-10 questions and then tells me that the survey has filled up. The most points I have gotten was setting up my profile. I'm pretty disappointed and if I could do 0 stars I would.
