I have been a member of Survey Junkie for a few years. As of the last few months I have been actively doing surveys and have accumulated a lot of points. I tried to cash out my points only to receive an error message After several attempts. I then reached out to customer service and I got a response from someone. Her name was ***** she told me that because I accumulated than 5500 points I couldn't redeem them on my own and they had to do it. This is something that was never mentioned to me at all. No where on their website do they say anything about this. Had I known I would have redeemed sooner. I've also seen several other people complaining about not being able to redeem their points as well. So back to the email she asked that I reply to her email with my PayPal email address and I did. I got no response after that and it has been a few days. I even tried sending another email and still no response. I want to get the points that I earned as promised. It seems like they are giving me the run around.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They have a periodic promotion where if you do 3-20 point surveys for 5 out of 7 days you earn 500 bonus points. Every day, without fail, I could knock 2 out right away then spend rest of day trying to get 3rd. Kept getting total bs answers as to why I kept getting disqualified, even often accusing me of lying, which I want. Bogus and misleading app. Avoid like the plague.

works well right now and no issue use it happy to make money on side little fun to do this for fun would recom this place to anyone need some money to pay for gas rain day fun or just fun

I want to share my experience with a site called Survey Junkie. When I joined it seemed it was good enough through they gave a lot of notifications to my email about what surveys were good to try. Only to remove it was to talk with a rep at their website and they said it's ok to unscribed. If you contact a rep you'll be able to use your email at least a couple of times until your issue is answered. The surveys are either repetitive or limited. The company can only do their part what they do on their website. However when it comes to the surveyors it's really on their end to either fix their website or not. Or even to remove a current survey that should have been removed if time exp. You'll be able to earn so many bonus pts between 1-3. It's a combination of points to dollars. In the past they would ask you for the basic information just like any other site. However, recently the rules have changed. Now it's become more intrusive wanting more of your background. So they can give you the reward through one of your cards of payment. It seems that you have to have a bank account and not necessarily a debit card without the bank like it did originally requested. So telling them this they didn't take the responsibility and that's why they got a lowest rating from me. So anyone who wants to consider joining them it's going to have to decide if they want to leave being an original customer or considered trying it is their choice and how much they're willing to share info with. If you have to talk to someone it would be a phone number that you would have to pay for and it's not an 800 number. If you do receive your reward and you go to your account. They will give you a verification code only through the email and then you have to give it back to them to be able to claim your prize whether it be of the money or a gift card amount. You're only able to cash out at the beginning of $5 or more. Some of the representatives were thoughtful or others not.

Been doing surveys with them almost 2 years. They threw me off saying I was pretending to be someone else and not telling the truth. This is a ridiculous lie on their part. I asked for proof, and they did not send me any and also, they owe me still $8.39 for current surveys which I have finished and now I cannot redeem those points. They are a horrible company which I have complained to them about before. Terrible tech problems, being thrown off surveys after spending almost an hour of my time on. This is not BIG MONEY we're making here, just pin money. I am going to continue to write bad reviews. I have always been honest on these surveys. If I had made some mistakes, they have been small and unintentionally done. I would give them ZER stars If I could here.******************************

I cannot access my profile on the website. I always get redirected to cloudflare and then cloudflare redirects to the profile and then the profile will continue redirecting back to cloudflare and cloudflare does the same, essentially I am stuck in an infinite feedback loop in which I cannot access my profile section and going back to the main page and trying to login or pressing join now will just make me login, but oh wait I can't access my profile and the main page seems to act as if I hadn't logged in at all (I have done so multiple times) so I am not able to access anything survey junkie has to offer. Mobile app tends to work but online website is completely unusable and I can't access my account. I would've preferred to use my computer for survey taking as I find that easier but unfortunately survey junkie has other plans it seems like. Unfortunately verification issues seem to be extremely common as well. I had heard a lot of positive reviews before but upon trying out the website and app I am nothing but confused and disappointed. will try to remove this websites access to my ****** account if possible, I'm not sure I trust them anymore.

I have done surveys for about 6-7 hours a day for 3 months and suddenly after getting to $20+ they wont let me cash out saying it cant verify my identity. Ive already made $500+ this year. This is ridiculous and then they make you wait days to get a response via email. Most surveys only pay ***** points at a time, thats .15-.25 folks! They should probably get with the times and inflation! Also, you can do a complete 30 min survey for them to give you .02!

I have a lot of downtime on my job, so I was referred to ** just over a year ago as a way of filling that downtime sharing my data while also making some ***** cash. Ive had much frustration with the process, spending much more time attempting and being rejected from surveys than actually being able to complete them. Nonetheless, *** made a little money, averaging around $35 per month. Lately, however, its become close to impossible to complete surveys - my activity in the last week shows 4 successful completions (only 1 over 30 points) in over 50 attempts (not all show in activity, so more like 60+). A ratio of 1/15 is far below their claim of 1/5!!!

I've been using SJ for close to 10 months and i understand how it works and it's frustrating to get thrown out of a survey, but If i don't qualify or it fills up after my screening questions i can live with it, but I am sick and tired of completing a survey especially when it take ***** minutes to get to the end and instead of getting my full amount I get 2 points and it says "survey filled up" or it just drops you and you get nothing, how can your survey be full, when I've done all the work, if it's full don't let me take it and waste my time, it happens more and more, I try to get my 3 20pt. min a day and it can take me an hour or more of waisted time and doing 15 surveys just to get 3 over 20, I like ya'll better than Prime Opinion but I'm gonna spend more time there because at least I don't waste as much time for nothing, I've tried to vent through the site but you can't even get a response from SJ they act like they really don't care, we do this for pennies and they even s**** us on that, at least PO will talk to you if you have a question, I'm trying to hang on

I have tried redeeming my points 3-4 times it said it dont work - couldnt verify my identity
