We had a lease agreement with MBG that was to end on February 2024, with a 60 to 90 day notice of termination of the lease. We notified the company in writing that we would not be renewing the lease and they failed to contact us about the lease termination, as well as the return of the equipment. They are now sending us monthly bills to pay for the machine that were no longer using and that is not threatening to send ***** to the election for nonpayment. We during the entire 16 months of the contract paid our monthly installment as agreed-upon by the contract, and now they refused to pick up the machine and is forcing us to buy or pay for the machine.Business response

We service these products during active lease. His concerns should be addressed by Great America Financial services as they are the party that the customer pays for the private label leasing/billing.
