      This place is the biggest scam. I always took my car there for oil change and they did it for a good price. But when I had an accident and took my car there service man **** told me they could fix my car or cheep bending it's own parts, then he kept my car for 5 days, and after, he wrote me an estimate of close to $4000 of repairs. I tried to argue with I'm to lower the price but they would not barge. *********************** of relations department does not do her job properly, she does not help. All they do is pretend they are so proper but steal people's money when the right time comes. Then after I refused they stole my wheel lock, which is very rare and you can not replace, when I picked up my car. I took my car somewhere else and they had it fixed for $200. It is crazy how horrible this place is.

      Just picked up my car after over 170 hours spent at the dealership in last 2 years, as Im leaving Im being charged $314 for a small plastic piece hanging from the bottom of their loaner (bear in mind we just had floods here for two days) get a horrible attitude from a service manager name ****, telling me in a threatening tone that if I dont pay this fee Im never welcome at this dealership anymore. Been coming here for over two years. There are a few bad apples in this dealership. This absolute insane charge, while under warranty, that I had to pay was just crazy on top of that attitude of service manager. Im ashamed that this dealership is in my local neighborhood that Ive been leaving at for 26 years.

      Where to start... We took our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid to Glendale Dodge for a recall notice, "check engine light" on, and the fuel door won't open. They had the car 2 weeks. The day after we got the car back, the check engine light came on AND the fuel door wouldn't open. I bring the car back this Tuesday early morning as the advisor suggested. As of Thursday end of day, we have not received any sort of update on what is going on. I have to text or call & it seems like Glendale Dodge Chrysler does not give a monkeys @** about customer service. In all this time I could have had the engine replaced, fuel door converted to MANUAL (as Vehicle Manual says) and God knows what they did about the recall. My question is, why exactly should anyone bring their car to your service department? Another question, why would I even think about ever buying a Chrysler again? The Dodge Chrysler in Alhambra can't seem to answer phone calls or messages, so we take it here and its like the service department is run by *****, ************ What the bleep is so hard about providing good customer service? Now I have to be an **** & raise h*** it seems to get things done. This will be the last time I bring our car here.
