I do not like being lied to, especially after paying $600 for an alleged repair. My **** 500e battery died twice on November 13 2022. I took it to the **** Service Center the same day. I was told my 12V battery had to be replaced - they told me they had replaced it. The very next day after I picked up my vehicle - battery dies again. Supposedly the "new" battery they had installed the day before. I took my car back there and after having it for over 10 days, I was told everything is good. Now less than a month - this same "new" battery is losing charge by just sitting parked, turned off. From 100% goes down to 93% overnight. And then while driving it, it loses charge 30% faster than it did before the alleged fix. This is insane and not acceptable. The car is at ****** miles - it's supposed to have the big major battery last at least ******* miles. *** to mention that every time I have to go drop it off - I end up spending about $80 on Ubers back and forth. When I spent $600 and I'm being told that everything is ok, I expect everything to be ok. That is NOT the case. I am bluntly being lied to. I use my vehicle for work - I cannot keep taking it to get fixed and stay at the service center for days and weeks like that. I need a proof that a brand new battery has been installed and a guarantee that it won't lose charge so fast and while parked. That is absolute insanity.Initial Complaint
