Date of the transition on 09/25/2022 I paid 1,995 for Skyforce The sales person told me that with Skyforce I was going to be able to track my car and it was going to notify me when someone got close to my car and if someone hits or breaks windows it was going to notify me. My issue is that Skyforce is not working how they told me. When I check Skyforce on my phone it said that the car is somewhere and it's actually is in a different place where the app is telling me. I got in touch with the manager of the dealer and I let him know what was going on with Skyforce he told me take the car and they where going to replace the Skyforce system I took it on 10/16/2022 and the replace it the problem continued right after the install the new Skyforce device. Since the 10/16/2022 I've been contacting them letting them know that the problem with Skyforce continues. Manager from dealer told I can't cancel it and he offered me two years of service for my car and I rejected because I think it's not fair, why do I have to be paying for something that is not working. I provided proofs of the Skyforce app that it's not working. Thank you very much I hope you can help me I will really appreciate it.Business response

Consumer's name ****************. We are aware of the situation. We had reached out to our Support Team at Sky Force, and they Determined that the unit we have installed was working properly. We also went ahead and replaced the unit to make sure it wasn't the unit. We reached out to our customer via phone and email, to let them know the unit is working properly They responded via email. In conclusion, we determined our client was not satisfied with the product, so we refunded them the $1,995.00 that they paid for the device. Hope this will resolve all issues that they have. It's not that I was dissatisfied with sky force is because it didn't work that was my issue. I don't understand why they said that on their side Skyforce was working properly and on my end it wasn't I have a lot of proofs.
