      I got an estimate for $142.00 to repair my Nikon Coolpix camera by replacing the "power PCB, cleaning of the sensor and the inside as well as realigning and recalibrating" on the 25th of October 2023. I was assigned an order number CR27362 and mailed it a couple of days later. I was then sent a request of $244.00 on the 17th of November 2023. I sent a check for that amount on the 19 November 2023 and they received it on 25 November 2023. I have subsequently seen that they have changed my order number to CR27366 on 16 November 2023. They have repeatedly mistaken my camera for a **** and a Canon and now that it has been three months and they keep saying that the parts have been back ordered. They wont answer their phone anymore and are not replying to my most recent e-mails. I have asked for my $244.00 and my camera back and they haven't replied in the last week to those requests. The serial number on my ******************** is ******** and I am now wondering if they have lost my camera. I have dozens of e-mails though I don't have the time right now to print all of those and attach them.

        I noticed on my account for this complaint, that there is no date of complaint, problem occurred, model, or product/service noted. In that order, I made this complaint 30 January ****, the problem has occurred over the last 3 months since 25 October 2023, the model of camera is a Nikon Coolpix W300, and the service was repair. 


        I just wanted to make it more clear and post all the information I can. If there is anything else I can do to expedite this process, let me know.

      I had sent my camera in to be repaired and they sent it back to me broken with the same issue. I let them know and they told me to send it back in so that they could take another look, and when they sent it back to me for a second time, it was still broken with the same issues I have since emailed them and asked for a refund and have heard nothing back.

      I sent two camera lenses to this company for repair. When I sent the pament to Camera Camcorder repair center It took 2 months to fix one lens. After a shipping problem I did get that lens back repaired. The second lens was said to still be waiting for parts. CCC cashed my check for both repairs. It has more the a year and the staff at CCC will not answer my calls. This a Canon 70--200MM F/2.8 lens.

      Camera repair: After initial online quote on US $ ******, it went to US$ ****** after they received the camera as they claimed it needed and extra part. They stated a 5-7 business day turn around. I gave the go ahead. (Nov 16th, 2022) After several weeks of not getting any reply on the repair status I asked to cancel the repair and sent the camera back to me. ( Dec 5th 2022). Dec 6th they emailed me that they had had a delay in getting the part and the camera was repaired.I paid the amount they quoted me and the shipping costs to get it back to ****** (US$ 58.95)Due to the holidays I only received the camera on Jan 3rd. I filmed the unboxing and discovered they had a) send me a different camera(different serial #), b) it has parts missing, c) it has damage (gouges and scratches). After contacting them by phone, (Jan 3rd , 2023) they asked for 24 hours to get back to me but no reply. I followed it up with an email (Jan 3rd , 2023) which was confirmed to be received with an auto reply promising a 1 business day reply. No answer. On Jan 4th,2023 I again asked for an update. No reply until Jan 11. They claim my serial number does nor exit. Sent proof of serial # Jan 11th. They asked the ******************** they sent me back in order to investigate where my camera is. They have not answered any further request for an update/ answer.

      My ****** Case ****************** ******* I originally contacted them in January 2022 since they listed themselves as a ***** approved repair center (false, as ***** does not approve repair centers). I sent them two ***** *** Rebel ** cameras (CRXXXXX & 64). They notified they had received them and gave me an estimate of $112 each to repair. In February I receive a new estimate for **** each and a comment that due to Covid 19, the part is back ordered. I contacted them directly (email only way possible) and they said it would be less than 10 days to finish. We are now in March and I receive one invoice. I contact them and ask way. No reply, but I eventually received second invoice for the same amount. I paid both and received a shipping confirmation. They were supposed to be shipped out on 3/15. According to ***** they have not received the items to be shipped yet. I want a refund and I want the ********* Repair Center to be punished. I, like so many other's have been scammed by them it appears. Paypal got in touch with them and they expedited the shipping. I received the package with both camera bodies inside, well protected with bubble wrap (thank you). One of the two cameras is working fine, the other not so much. On my long lense, the autofocus isn't correct on the *********** yet good on the ** card. The autofocus on my standard lenses (2 of them) does not work at all. Also, there is a pieces of "something" rattling around inside the camera body itself.

      5/12/2021 Sent in broken lens for repair. Lens repair was quoted at $382.24 ($397.24 with a $15 discount for paying by check). Order was accepted, payment was accepted by company. Absolutely no communication until I emailed an order status in June. Was told that the part was backordered, asked for better communication if part not in when told (ETA 6/27). No communication. Followed up in July, Oct and Dec. Keep getting a later ETA. NEVER had communication initiated by them but always by me. Asked for lens and payment to be returned - told them I couldn't wait any longer. Now they won't ever return communication. All I want is my broken lens returned and my payment returned. The lack of communication has been ridiculous. I would not have chosen to repair if they had been honest about how long it might take - if they were initiating contact it would even be different. But they appear to be ok with just sitting on a repair that I NEED as a part of my own business. If the repair could be completed within 2 weeks, I would also be ok with that!

      date of transaction 8/18/2021 paid: $289.26 Failed to fix my camcorder, charged me not only for not fixing my camera but also failed to provide flash drive they claimed they *********** my tape video to. Labor claimed was take deck unit and video head have been replaced, cleaned ************* and realigned. NONE OF THESE ***** TOOK PLACE! Business committed to: labor and parts ************ nature of dispute: ********* & CAMERA REPAIR CENTER **** Failed to replace parts and fix, returned my camcorder claimed to have fixed it, and did not get the tape that was stuck inside and claimed they transfer it to a flash drive!!! I exchanged several emails asking why my tape is still stuck inside, where was the flash drive and since they would not accept the responsibility of NOT fixing my camera and declined to refund in full my money paid $289.26 Invoice #XXXXXXX I since then saved up again, sent it to a new company (VIDEO CAM REPAIR) and they promptly fixed it!!! Please help me get my money back. Thank you in advance.

      **** sent camera to them twice (Total $30 shipping) Paid $268 to have it fixed. They sent it back twice, still didn't work. I sent them numerous email with no response. Needless to say, I was happy to get it finally. As you have not responded to the last two emails that I sent I don't expect this to be any different. However, to my continued disappointment, It still does not work!! I called Canon and asked about "Certified Repair camera shops. They informed me they have no Certified third party venders. So I am left on my own to get a refund for service not completed or right it off as a lost cause and wasted $288 !shipping included). I have attached some pictures of my camera. It still shuts down automatically after 30 seconds, which was the problem when I sent it to you. I am 78 years old, retired on a limited income and an avid photographer.
