            I chose a licensed roofer mainly because I wanted the permitting done to have proof as I am renovating and reselling the property. Trust roofing sent me a scope of work in which #1 was "pulling permits". Upon completion of their work, they informed me the job was complete and sent me the bill. Before I paid the bill I checked online to see if the permit was closed out. To my surprise the permit was NEVER EVEN PULLED. Trust roofing never pulled the permit but yet were billing me saying the job was complete which included permitting. Not only did they not communicate well, I had to reach out multiple times to get updates. They ended up fixing it with an after the fact permit, but up until the last day I had to reach out for updates. That on top of having to reach out to the project manager 3 times to get him to clean up the stack of singles and nails left on my property. This company, no matter their reasoning, did not handle this situation well. They definitely did not earn my trust.
