    Item does not fit the width of my foot. Shoe is appropriate in length. Snibbs does not offer a wide sneaker. This shoe was purchased during a period of promotion where the sneaker was buy one get one free. According to Snibbs, their return policy states, discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where there is a defect in the product or if the wrong item was shipped., however, this verbiage does not exist on their website whatsoever. I have expressed this to Snibbs customer service, provided them with screen shots and a link to their promotion, and it never stated anything about no returns or final sale.

    I ordered shoes for my cousin for a Christmas gift on 12/11/23 and received nothing. It is now January 2nd, **** and I contacted them after being super frustrated on not being able to just find a phone number. (Also it was advertised as 5-7 days shipping)First making you download an app to get get your tracking information is dumb. I didn't have enough memory on my phone so I had to use someone else's phone which is inconvenient. Then there was no information other than the tracking number on the app. I emailed them on 12/29/23 which they promptly responded to. And informed me that "unfortunately your order has a fraud hold". Showed no signs of that anywhere, bank or website. I just didn't receive the shoes and received NO additional information. But I was charged on 12/11/2023.I requested a refund on 1/2/24 and received it immediately after the email but if I hadn't noticed, I think they just would have kept the money. I am low income as it is. It's really not cool. If I had received an email about the "fraud hold" I would have corrected it immediately but there was no communication. My suggestion is if there are any issues on either side you contact the customer directly, and immediately. Thank you.
