In August 2022, I paid Reactiv Designs $5000 for 3 months of online, email, and social media marketing. As well as website support. NONE of the services have ever been delivered. Reactiv Designs members continually delayed, missed appointments, and were untruthful. In November 2022, I informed Reactiv Designs that I was terminating our relationship and I wanted my funds returned. I opened a dispute with my bank on December 12, 2022. I was informed by my bank that Reactiv Designs has delayed the return of my money. My next step is to file a lawsuit for my loss of funds and potential income loss due to Reactiv Designs failing to fulfill their promises.

So I just became a Travel Advisor and went through Reactiv Designs for my logo, I was so happy with their help and services that I decided to go with them for my website - well I purchased the website in April and they did not have it done at all and every time I would ask when it would be done it was always something new they wanted to add - but the examples they would give looked so good I kept going along, they they tried selling me a server and he would not talk to me about my website until I bought this server so I ended up paying for the website and the server from them and after the purchase of the server I did not hear back from them AT ALL. I would reach out a few times a week and nothing until I tried contacting their manager and he IGNORED me - so I filed a claim with my bank and sure enough I heard back from the guy handling my website and all of a sudden he wanted to work with me and I told him I do not like the way they did business if he was going to ignore me and not respond to my messages I wanted a refund (which they told me I could do) then he told me he could not do a refund with me if I did not like the product and this whole time I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and never spoke to him - So I had my bank solve it got my money back for the website but since I had two transaction there had to be two claims with my back so when my bank went back to call them about the server payment of $232 they blocked my bank and I have not received a refund yet - they will not answer me and I am going to try to go to their shop and speak to a manager but I do not think it is opened to the public. I need your help...I did not receive any service from them and they will not call me back - and will not refund me my money - my bank cant do anything because they blocked my bank and I just want my money back. I hired Reactiv design studios through thumbtack to design my website after two months of trying to get the services done that I paid for, they then told me I had to transfer over to their hosting in Oder to get the job done or they can can give me the files and I can do it myself. I never received any service and lost $1,500. Neither company stood up to their word which claimed to have 100% satisfaction and money back guaranteed.

Early November 2021, I purchased logo design packages for $125 for BBB Accredited Business Reflections By****, LLC in Springfield, Ohio, with a 13-year business rating of A+. I have multiple e-mails of exchange with the "project manager" *********** who offered logos. We did some revisions until we arrived at a final logo and delivered the final images FOR COMPANY USE. Per the agreement terms upon delivery of the files, they were my property to use for my business. He attempted to get me to spend an extra $300 to register them with the Patent Office to trademark them I told him no he had me e-mail a statement saying they were not responsible if someone else used it then, which I did. On August the 29th to be exact a person claiming to be from the "Compliance" Department called me and then transferred me to******* in compliance who was advising me that it was required by law to register it at least with the state since it is now being "used" and wanted over 300 dollars to register it on the state or federal level again telling him I didn't have that in my budget being a part-time business and a disabled veteran. It NOT being legally required by law. He said some federal code or whatever I did research as well as contacting a professor as I am a student in a photography program at SNHU and am currently in a Graphic Design class. Hence, he is a professional graphic designer with a company similar to Reactiv in his full-time job. He said it isn't necessary because a simple trademark is established the first time I use that logo in advertising with my business but still doesn't afford total protection again others copying it or using it. So I told them I wouldn't have any money until September 2nd, and if I found it was required by law, I would do it then. They called from two different numbers, one at 1 pm, a different number at 1:14 pm, again at 2:27 from the first number, and at 3:04 from the 2nd number while I was shooting a last-minute wedding I was hired to do.
