I took my car for Aliment an came out worst pulling to the right took it back to him an he said he will check it out did not then he made up things wrong with it an there nothing wrong with my car wat he said was not true was rude He got aggressive wanned fight me then told me *************Business response

I want to look further into this issue because we do not normally have complaints like this. Would you mind providing me with more information? What location and what is the date of the invoice you originally had the alignment performed on your vehicle? What is the year, make & model of your vehicle? Also, do you remember the name of anyone you dealt with the first day or upon your return? Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to hearing from you. We would like to make this right and reimburse you the $55 spent on that day. If you are able to provide me with your mailing address, I can send you a check to take care of this matter once and for all. Thank you. I did not ignore your request for refund because I as well want to get this resolved and close this case. I will be putting a check in the mail to the address you requested before Monday March 14, 2022. Due to the weekend, I would expect you to have the check in the amount of $55.00 in your possession no later than the end of next week. Once again, I apologize and take responsibility for this not being taken care of sooner.
