I purchased a used 2013 ************* dec 27th 2021. I was told the car had a full overview everything mechanical inside and out of the car and everything was perfect and was in great condition. I bought the car and at that time I was told that the warranty wouldn't be necessary because of the mileage and year of the car. So I didn't get the warranty. Within two weeks of getting the car. It started to over heat. I took it to a shop where it was the heater core and hoses that needed to be replaced. ****** did pay for that because I complained. About a month after that the car started to smoke a lot and I smelled a burning smell. I took it to a shop and they found there was a transmission leak. The also found that there was jb weld all over the bottom of the transmission right where it was leaking. So I ended up getting that fixed. Called ****** and they said I'm sorry you're having problems but there isn't anything we can do. Two months later the car started over heating again. Had the coolant reservoir, thermostat and full coolant flush done. The car is now over heating again and I am being told that it needs even more work done. With the jb weld that was overlooked in the inspection or maybe even placed by ****** before selling and all the issues I have had and continue to have I do not believe I was sold a car that had a full overview and was in perfect running condition as stated by ******. I have contacted them multiple times and have been told by mangers well sorry you're having issues. Nothing we can do about it. They lied about the condition of the car. They also most likely put jb weld to stop a leak and now want nothing to do with helping the situation because they already got money so they don't care.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/03) */ Mr. ****, We offer a 30-day/1000 mile powertrain warranty on all of the pre-owned vehicles we retail at no additional cost. We would have offered you a High mileage warranty at an additional cost, but we did not carry one at the time of your purchase. There are companies that offer additional warranties if you're in the market for one, but I suggest that you do your research. Please understand that any 9 to 10 year old car will require more maintenance and repairs.Initial Complaint

Sale occurred on 10/7/21. Purchased a car from this dealership. 8 days later they asked my wife to provide additional documentation in person. My wife drove up to the dealership on 10/20/21. The dealership did not accept my wife's documentation and the Finnance manager "manny" ran my credit two times with 3rd party financing without my consent. The contract was final since it was after 10 days from purchase and yet the dealership still decided to run my credit. The general manager is unwilling to have the credit pulls removed from my report even though they did not have any written consent. They are also unwilling to reimburse for the fuel my wife used ti drive up there and the time my family has lost to try and resolve the issue. Both the general manager and the Finnance manager have displayed serious issues with integrity and have attempted to cover up the issue and minimize it. The dealership directly violated the privacy agreement.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/22) */ ************ did not have a Driver License that matched her married name. The first lender did not accept the documentation. Since this was the same transaction, we were within our rights to submit this contract to additional lenders for approval. The interest rate that we obtained was higher than what was initially agreed to, and we did not ask the********** to pay more. We took care of the difference internally. We did offer to pay for their fuel, however, *********** wanted us to make two monthly car payments of $850.89, which I would not agree to.
