I placed an order (order number *****) on October 3, 2023 for a t-shirt and was charged $48. I never received the shirt and I have contacted the company, Celtic Jackalope 4 times regarding my order with no response each time. I have purchased from this company in the past without issue. I would like them to send my order to me or provide a refund.Initial Complaint

On 21 June 2023, I place an online order with Celtic Jackalope through their website and paid for two (2) *-Shirts ********************************* Badges * Shirts XXL) @ $25.00 each, totaling $50.00. Order # *****. *he first week in October 2023, I received and email from Celtic Jackalope that my order was on its way, and within a day or two a package arrived. However, instead of the two *-shirts I had ordered and paid for, only one was in the package. I have sent approximately five each, emails and attempted to contact Celtic Jackalope via telephone that no one answered. I left my concerns and contact information in all my emails and in the voice mail, all without any response back from Celtic Jackalope. About a week later I received an customer satisfaction questionnaire via email from Celtic Jackalope where I again explained that I had only received half of the order I had paid for and would like the other half sent to me ASAP or my money back for the half of the order I have yet to receive. It has been nearly a month now, and follow calls have produced the same negative results, no contact with or reply back from Celtic Jackalope. Again, I paid for two *-shirt totally $50.00 and shipping.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Clan ********* Clansman's Crest Badge T-shirt size XL. Order # *****. The company sent instead a Clan ****** size XXL. I tried to contact them through their email and received no reply. I called a *********************************** whose title is Celtic **** ****************** and his mail box was full. I repeated this process on different days with the same result. I also contacted the parent company, **************** **** and left a message and received no reply. I would like them to send me the Clan ********* T shirt size XL I paid for.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
