I have been trying to contact someone in regards to the membership I used to have. I was on my ex husbands (*************************) account and he took me off. We have been divorced for over a year and have tried to take me off the membership. He was told that I would be taken off. I have also called to cancel my membership and spoke to a man on the phone 11/23 saying my membership would be cancelled. Then my ex husband texts me saying he has been being double billed by you guys. Then a couple of weeks ago I get a call from a woman saying I have a balance of $750, I told her the situation and she said she would call me back. I havent gotten a call back and called on July 2, 2024, spoke to a young man and he forwarded my call to the woman in charge of handling memberships. It went to her voicemail and I left a message explaining the above statement. I should not owe anything!I have been calling to try to cancel my membership for months and never receive a call backInitial Complaint

hi I was member of this club and i put my membership on freeze. During freeze time this sports club was supposed to charge me $15 each month. They charged me so for 2 months and then all of the sudden charged me $204, which is full charges. I went to club 3 times and called, left message twice to billing. Since i didn't get response, i asked my credit card to take care of over charges. Meanwhile I also received a call from this business that it was a mistake and charges will be fixed. After a week a so i received attached letter saying that I will be charged 15 decline charges and 8 dollars if i don't put another credit card on file. I went to this business and asked to cancel my membership, since it was 3 time i been gone through these non-sense made up charges. I been told that my membership can only cancel if i pay for month of December also, which is another 15 dollars during freeze. I paid that as well since i want to cancel it before any other such charges.I would like this business to refund my extra 15 dollars for the month of December and decline charges since nothing has been declined by my card but a huge mistake by that business was corrected.Also a nice apology for the pain i have been gone through.thanks *******
