I recently had surgery and purchased this product, Biocorneum, to help with the scars from the incision. After purchasing it, my doctor stated he didn't want me to use any scar treatment because I didn't require it. I contacted the company to return the UNOPENED product. They stated that I can't return the product and all sales are final. Upon purchasing the product, I didn't see anything that stated, "ALL SALES FINAL/NO RETURNS". Unless you search by clicking on 'customer reference' at the bottom of the page and look under 'refund policy', the customer wouldn't know. The print is very small and I feel their refund policy is very deceiving because of it. I'm happy to return the UNOPENED/UNUSED product along with a refund.Initial Complaint

Sientra textured implants caused reaction in my body resulting in fluid accumulation. Textured Implants are often associated with ALCL. To rule out ALCL multiple tests needed to be done costing me 1,000’s of dollars and time ,stress and anxiety. The Company has declined claim due to not meeting their”requirements” however their product is what had me in and out of the hospital to begin with. I’m asking for money to help cover medical expenses, after weeks of gathering info i provided with them then decided to wait 3-4 mo and then let me know after all my hard work and health distress they weren’t going to cover, as previously promised . Their poor customer service and apprehensive to help has me disgusted. When asking Katie( the rep) to put herself in my shoes and imagine if a loved one was going through this she replied with only script answers and was short and rude with no compassion for their loyal customers.
