      I ordered maps for my school in June of 2023. The order was confirmed. The maps were never delivered. I made many attempts to contact Mapszu.com, but was unsuccessful. In mid September I finally received a response. They apologized and said the order had been lost during the merger with Maps.com. I was offered 20% off my next order and told it would ship on or before 9/21/23. The order did not ship. After frequently reaching out again I received no responses. In October I finally traced down the company CEO on LinkedIn and messaged him directly. He apologized and put me in contact with some more people. I was told the order would be expedited and delivered by 10/27. That was then updated that it would be printed close to the 27th. The order was never shipped and I have heard no responses from the company since 10/16/23. The Mapszu website no longer exists and the Maps.com website has no phone number. I have filed complaints over the Shop app, entered inquiries into the "contact us" submission page on Maps.com, reached out directly to senior management on LinkedIn and emailed frequently - even daily for some stretches. The company took the school's money in June of last year and has not only failed to fulfill the order, they have childishly ignored all inquiries.

      Maps were ordered on June 20, 2023. Confirmation was received and payment made in the amount of $229.79 for order # MAPSZU-*****. We have left numerous messages and emails that have been unanswered and no maps were ever received. We were offered a refund at one point, that was never given.

      MAPZU Order #6***7 made on March 22, 2023 for 2 maps totaling $66.80 charged to my Discover Card. Maps never came and contact with MAPZU does not work (internet & phone). Discover will not refund the $66.80.

      Ordered a map from them online on 2/11/23, order #61381. I checked on it’s status over email on 3/6/23. Finally got a response 4/12/23 apologizing and assuring it would be on its way. I then got another email on 7/13/23 apologizing once again stating that the order got lost in their system because of changing from “maps.com” to “mapszu”. I was told my order would be moved to priority. Map still never sent. Checked by email again on 8/3/23, 8/12/23 and 9/13/23 and finally 10/9/23. Along the way I’ve asked for a refund if they aren’t able to make and ship the map.

      Placed an order on 9/6/2023, MAPSZU-64767 Commented with Jacob Kiplinger multiple times in regards to not receiving our order. As of 12/4/2023 we still haven't rec'd our order. Now the website no longer works and no one is answering my emails or phone calls.

      I placed an order on May 18, 2023 for $333.26 USD through the company MapsZu. I received an email confirmation and my credit card was charged. I reached out multiple times and have received no update. I never received my order (and as far as I can tell it was not shipped) and no refund was given.

      I got a grant from our local Education Foundation for maps for my classroom. I purchased with Maps.com in May 2023. I have not received anything. I’ve called multiple times, leaving voicemails and I’ve emailed several times. It’s very disappointing. ESPECIALLY considering I used my own debit card to purchase (I was reimbursed) and the security of my card/account is now questionable. Very disappointed.

      On June 4, 2023 I purchased a US highways Map from Maps.com (webpage Mapszu.com). Description: USA Highways Wall Map × 1 51" x 35.1" / Laminated. My card was charged for a total of 90.32 which included the product, shipping, OH tax, and a county tax. I emailed the company on June 13th and July 4th with no response. I called and left messages as well. The company has still not sent the product and no further updates from the company have been provided.

      Order for a 48x33 Laminated USA Political wall map was placed February 6, 2023 I paid, was charged on my credit card $100.60. I have NEVER received the map. I've inquired via email on multiple occasions and left multiple voicemails (NO one ever answers the phone). I've requested either them to credit my card or please send the map ordered. Never any communication from any person at the company. My order# MAPS-61105 - shows as PAID yet Unfulfilled - 5 months later.
