In the past year, I’ve requested that my address be removed from their mailing list and stop delivery of the magazine. I have called multiple times as well as sent several E-mails, all without success or any response from the business. I still receive their magazine, that I never wanted to begin with.Initial Complaint

In July 2021, I requested that my name be removed from their list and halt delivery of the magazine to my USPS mailbox. I have called multiple times but I still receive it.Initial Complaint

I have contacted this company 6 times over the past year to be removed from their mailing list that was never signed up for by the previous residents of our home, one of whom deceased and on the Do Not Contact list. I have gone through CatalogChoice, DMAchoice and filed ethic claims to ANA.net as well to which they personally contacted Home Concepts Magazine with no response or resolution. I want to be removed from their mailing list immediately.
