            It has taken nearly 3 to 4 weeks to try to get someone to talk to us about removing the solar panels to have a new roof put on. We waited around 2 weeks (with our persistent calling) to even get someone to tell us we were 5th in the queue. The receptionist would just tell us they were “busy” before that. Fifth in the queue meant about 11/2 to 2 weeks to receive an estimate. And, we still haven’t finalized any help because it’s going to cost $7400 to have the panels taken off and put back on. This is a fee that was never shared with us up front. Please tell me how we are saving money. We have a loan for the panels which is the monthly amount we save on electricity. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service we have received - it makes me wonder if just a handful of employees work for this company.
