            In March 2022, ************ owner of Buildx Construction agreed to renovate these areas in my home which consisted of the kitchen, fireplace, staircase and bathrooms. He has not completed the job to the full scope based on the agreement and the renovation that has been done thus far were incomplete or done incorrectly. Which resulted in obtaining another contractor to complete the work or fix the errors. The plumbing and electrical work were not up to code and he did not pull any permits. Paid to date of slightly over $50k. In June he stopped contacting me regarding the remaining repairs needed so I submitted a complaint and then he reached out saying he would come back to my home. At this point, I confirmed he does not have workers compensation for his workers, he is not knowledgeable or credible with the work he has completed so I no longer want him inside my home. The dispute consist of the faulty, incomplete, poor workmanship and abandonment of the job.
