*******, ******** AND ***** ALL WORK FOR WE THE PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY LIVING WILL DONE SINCE SEPT OF 2021 IT IS NOW APRIL 2022 AND I HAVE PAID UPFRONT FOR ALL YHE COST AND FEES. THEIR SERVICE ARE REALLY BAD, THEY DO NOT CALL YOU WHEN DOCUMENT ARE READY, I HAVE TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME, ITS SO MUCH BACK AND FORTH, ONCE MONEY IS PAID THEY DONT CARE ANYMORE ON YOUR DOCUMENTS, THEY DO NOT UPDATE YOU FOR ANY STATUS, ITS TAKING THEM A VERY VERY LONG TIME TO GET MY PAPERS DONE. UNTIL NOW ITS NOT DONE, THEY ARE NOT EVEN SORRY ABOUT THIS, ******** WAS JUST OH WELL THATS IT ATTITUDE. THEY HAVE TO BE ON THEIR CASE, THEY Have to be SERIOUS ABOUT THIS. ITS COVID PEOPLE DYING LEFT AND RIGHT. I WANTTO GET MY LIVING WILL DONE RIGHT AWAY. DOES IT USUally take his long 8 months to finish this. I called them to ask about my papers and now they said I have to get a form notarized before the water marks can be taken off the papers. ******** said its their new rule, how come nobody called me and inform me, I would have not known if I did not call. They should be more on top of things to let people know and call people. When she provided all the missing information, her trust was prepared by our company and executed by her.
