Gabriel, Veronica and Sofia were supposed to help with a divorce. They took all the money up front and then never sent back the documents they were supposed to in order to move forward. I chased them for 2 months following up and every time i would get "its on my desk I'm doing it today, and then never got back to me. Finally I asked for a refund which was approved after they all tried to convince me to continue working with them and of course, once again, never heard back. I emailed and called over and over for the last 2 months asking where my refund was and of course.. "well look into this" and never got back to me. Do yourself a favor, pay an extra 100 dollars and go somewhere else. They have nasty attitudes with ZERO customer service after they take ALL your money up front which isn't even legal. It's a joke.

There was missing information on your intake forms that you did not initially provide, but once you provided the missing information the documents were promptly completed and sent to you and you received them on January 3, 2022. Then several days after receiving the documents, you sent an email on January 7, 2022 stating Hi. I am still waiting for my refund, followed with two other emails with the last one on February 21, 2022, inquiring about the refund. This was after the documents had already been prepared and sent you. We could not find any prior communication from you in which you requested to cancel and/or get a refund or even raised any concerns or complained about anything.You indicated in your Yelp review that the fees were collected from you upfront and indicated that it was illegal to do so. Please rest assured that this is not illegal and in fact it is the normal way of collecting fees in this area of work.Please let us know if there were any issues with the documents that were prepared for you, since we could not find any communication from you indicating that. It appears that you filed your dissolution in the *************** (Case # D-22-******-Z) on 2/21/2022. Our company prepares only ********** divorce documents, and the documents prepared for you were for ********** courts per your request. It seems like you changed your mind and decided to file in a different state than **********, which we respect. However, our services had already been rendered to you and the documents were prepared.We reviewed all interactions our staff has had with you and all are very courteous and respectful and there was never an issue.We value you as our customer and would like to resolve any issue you had with our documents.
