**** is the rudest owner/business person (I won't even say business professional) in LA. I went to his store on many occasions and probably spent over $8-$900 collectively. He disrespected and yelled at me the last two times because I was asking about prices and why prices in NY are lower as I am a transplant. Today he told me to get out of his warehouse location via his employees phone because I asked for something that my associate forgot to order via his wholesale account. **** verbatim told me I am banned and he does not need a annoying and stupid customer like me. I kept my composure and respectfully left. Additionally the last time I went to his store he shouted at me by saying he does $5mm in revenue why would he need to rip me off when I asked about competition online pricing regarding a Union hookah. I apologized and also respectfully left that time after making my purchase. I went back today to pick up something for a friend and even told ****'s wife who I recognized that he was super rude to me last time. **** was kind enough to say sorry he must have had a bad day because sometimes customers try to haggle. **** is a true business professional that is kind and understanding please deal with her and not her husband **** who has serious anger management and ego issues. If you look through a lot of these reviews many customers highlight ****'s rude and arrogant behavior and poor customer relation skills. I guess money doesn't buy class or professionalism. I am truly disappointed by his behavior. Buyer beware go to Hookahjohn or Hookahjunkie instead.
