I am making a complaint to a travel company; Haram Tours and Travels, as they did not provide me with the services that they charged me and promised me for. I bought an ***** package for ***** ******, from Haram Tours and Travels on ******** *** ***** He assured me that everything will be very good, but it did not happen at all, and instead we suffered a lot. I asked him about the groups and the group leader, like many people who like to go with groups (which is much easier than traveling by themselves). He told me that his groups go every day and will assign me to a group, so I do not have to worry about that. However, when I got to *********************************** I did not find any group or group leader. I called the company and asked about the group, but the person who answered the call told me that I will be joining the group from ****** (************) airport. I thought it was okay and I did not need any assistance from *** to ******* When we reached ****** airport we met the driver only and there were no groups at all. I asked the driver about it but he said he did not know anything about that. The driver was not informed where to take us, instead, he asked us. When we reached the hotel, the hotel management did not find any reservation under my/our name. I showed them my email but they say it was not in their system. We have been traveling for the last 24 hours and were very tired. Since the reservation was not in the system they could not give us a room, instead, we sat halfway, hungry, tired, and frustrated. Despite spending a lot of money we did not get any ease at all. we did not find our luggage from ****** airport upon arrival. I did report it to the airline I was traveling with. I also informed both **. ****** and *** ***** about this. I thought they would help. But here they played foul with me. Actually what happened was that our first flight (from *** to ***) was late and we missed the second ( from *** to ***) one. But our luggage was shifted tBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/03/22) */ We have provided the Customer with all the services promised. She got everything as per our Package given to her and her family. Her complaint doesn't make no sense. If she needs some clarification she could call us and we could talk about this entire Package. Thanks Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2022/04/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Because they did not provide us with the services they promised, when I came back from my tour, I called ** ***** and asked him about this. instead of answering he yelled at me and I did not have any strength to listen all that, so I hung up the phone.I am not going to call him again and would go through BBB. Thanks
