On May 25th, after 2 months ******************** contacted us to inquire about the warranty period, believing it to be 4 months and stating that the transmission was not working (slipping into gears without matching the speed). We explained the warranty policy and told we will send her a replacement but she insisted it was for 4 months warranty. To resolve this, we sent her the Zoho documents she had signed for reference and reiterated that it is a 3-month warranty.
On June 7th, ******************** called again, explaining that she does not have enough money to afford the mechanic and requested a replacement after 20 days.
We asked her to send pictures and a diagnostic report, which she sent to us on June 14th. We promptly forwarded these to our warranty team.After discussing with the warranty team, the warehouse (****) called and requested an installation report. However, despite our requests, the customer refused to provide the installation report.
On June 20th, we attempted to contact ******************** for the installation report. She promised to send it within an hour, but as of now, we have not received a response. Nevertheless, we assured the customer that once we receive the installation report on or before June 25, 2024, we will proceed with the replacement within 5-7 business days as promised.
On 24 June , spoke to ******* and with her mechanic to send the installation report and it was told that she will send the report by EOD (06/24/2024).
As ******* told, we were not rude to the Jerrena instead we were helping her to solve the issue.

Regarding the transmission for your 2017 ****** Sentra, we require an installation report to verify that the transmission was programmed to match your vehicle's VIN before installation.
To date, we have not received any documentation confirming the transmission was reprogrammed and installed as required. If you could provide the installation report along with proof of the transmission's reprogramming, we will promptly review it and proceed with sending the replacement unit.
As per our previous communications, you mentioned that the transmission was installed by your private mechanic at their private location.
