After my first purchase through order #***** which shipped same day and delivered - I placed another order regarding which ******************************* from QuiePCUSA informed me that the payment processing was unsuccessful athough i received order confirmation email from ********************************* After communicating with Paypal regarding that it had been confirmed that the confirmation email was misleading and the payment hadn't been authorized. So, as part of basic troubleshooting CS suggested that I retry but it didn't work out although each time i received confirmation. Later, I have been informed that the issue had been resolve so on March 19th, 2023 I placed two orders(#***** & #*****). Actually I needed 4 PC Casing coolers but first time i forgot to add all units so in second order i added the rest 3 units but the order haven't been shipped yet which is unusual as quietpcusa ships the same day. I think because of the previous order attempts to resolve the payment authorization issue, either CS or system/bot from quietpcusa blacklisted my email or purchases? I ain't sure. I tried emailing & calling to customer service number but didn't get any respond. Moreover, Even though i have already paid but the online order status still showing pending. They need to solve the issue with their payment processor or system. PayPal have authorized payments for both orders so at the very least they are supposed to be notified by paypal but they don't seem to process those orders. Also there's no way to contact them to discuss the issue so I AM REQUESTING CONTACT BY THE BUSINESS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.Business response
