I ordered an item they took my money and now they refuse to sell to me and I don't have a refund back in my account. I want my money back NOW.Business response

Dear BBB:
We are requesting a removal of a complaint dated 11/29/2021 from ******************************* - ************************** ********************** ordered from us last March 2021, and before we had even shipped the order, she had sent a number of hostile, demanding emails with profane language and thus we cancelled her order. This email string is attached.
She ordered again on 11/28/21 and based on our prior experience, we cancelled her order and notified her accordingly. The order was cancelled immediately, without making final charges to her bank card her bank will return the money it was holding for her purchase to her account accordingly.
She also posted a message on our ******** page that is full of obscenities and hostility odd that she did not use bad language in her review on our BBB page item attached.
We do not wish to do business with customers like this and have been polite and timely in our responses to **********************. We do not feel that the BBB site is meant to be a place for insulting and out-of-control people to vent their hostilities.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your reply.
