On 7/31/22 at approx 11a my 2022 *** was towed from the Greenhorn Camp ground by Advanced Towing. I contested their facility that was 15 mins away from the location in which it was towed. Unpon finding out about the tow I immediately contacted their facility and was driven to the facility to pick up my car. Upon picking up my car I had to pay $656 dollars to get my car out. They charged $350 an hour, which still doesnt make sense as the tow yard was 15 mins away, $100 storage fee for maybe less than 20 minutes and an additional 5% credit card fee. Upon getting my car back there was an error message about my rear axel, and the message allowed me to continue driving and to see a service professional. I took my car to the earliest appt to *** which was 08/03 where they found that the right side tie rod was severely damaged. I presented this info to advanced towing and theyre refusing to take zero responsibility for the issue. Insinuating I damaged my own tie rod. They have lied in email correspondence on behalf of other individuals. I have witness statements and technician statements from *** and the most advanced can provide me is our driver didnt charge you the after hours pick up fee of $175 so you can use that towards your repairs.
