Mt husband , and I purchased a headstone on 8-9-2022. Paid in full $912.55. Due to my husband was diagnosed with cancer . My husband passed away on 5-4-2023. On 6-12-2023 I received a call from west coast Monuments in Delano ca. Telling me the headstone was not finished. Due to health problems. I asked who was taking over. ******* at WCM. Told me no one , so I asked her if I can pick up my refund, she stated no resources. But I explained to her we paid in full. And that my husband was buried awaiting his headstone. She apologized and told me there was nothing they can do. I am very upset about this due to my husband passing away and , he wanted this taken care . It's been a whole year. I want some to help me get my refund in order to get my husband a headstone.
