I paid the $5 as requested for a window sticker and I was sent a link. I put all the information asked for and requested the sticker and all I see is a wheel spinning for over 30 minutes. So I tried again and paid again and the same thing happened. Do they have a problem with their website?Business response

If a sticker request was unsuccessful or you run the same VIN multiple times, we won't charge you. THY CHARGED ME 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME VIN STICKER!!!!!Business response

I am rejecting this response because: , I have NOT received a refund!! According to "WITHCLUTCH.COM", the refund process could take up to 10 days, thus your 5-day response time frame is NOT adequate!!

I signed up for and paid $5.00 to receive a copy of the *******/Window sticker for a vehicle I am considering purchasing. The service did not work and did not provide the information. It didn't provide any information at all. I want my $5.00 backBusiness response
