I ordered a bracelet and pendant for my fiancé and mother in law. The one for my fiancé has my sons name and birth information and the one for my mother in law has my fiancés name and birth information. When they came in the mail, I inspected them to make sure everything was on the pendant and that it wasn’t damaged. The one for my fiancé looked beautiful and perfect. As I was looking over the one for my mother in law I noticed a misspelling of my fiancés name. Her name is ******* ******* and they spelled it ******* *******. This is a big mistake and would definitely be noticed by my mother in law. I immediately started emailing pink and blue with the discrepancy. They tried to tell me that was the way it was spelled on the order and all they could do was have me reorder the bracelet. It is now 2 days before Mother’s Day and I don’t want to spend another $160 and definitely not receive it on time. They said they would issue me a 50% off code too and never did that. I asked them if they could just reissue the pendant, with the info on it and they wouldn’t do that either. I even offered to pay for the new pendant with the correct info on it and they wouldn’t do that either stating the pendant was soldered on. I understand this but I could get the new pendant on myself. They still wouldn’t do it. So now I’m stuck with a bracelet for my mother in law with the pendant that has her daughters name misspelled. They never sent the 50% off code as they said they would either. Definitely not good business on there part. All I want is a new pendant with the correct spelling of my fiancés name.
