I had paid off a loan I had with King ******************** Credit Union on June 4 2024 over the phone. I called the bank to verify it. Now theyre saying that I still owe money and when I requested talking to a loan specialist, the teller said she could not transfer me or get a hold of them. The teller said they would call me back, but I asked her if the interest was going to keep accumulating until they call me the teller said yes. I requested to talk to the loan specialist right then and then and she said it was impossible. I asked her for a manager or supervisor. She said she couldnt get a hold of one because they were busy and then I perceived from this teller that she was giving me an attitude. Ive been having business with this bank for more than 10 years, and this is not a very ethical way to treat a member of their bank.I refuse to pay them anything else. I tried being in good standing with them, but now they want to charge me supposedly more interest thats not fair.Better Business Bureau, Please help me with this situation.Business response

We appreciate ******************** ******* for bringing this issue to our attention. We have contacted ******************** ******* and provided clarification and answered her questions which she appreciated.
We have also addressed this situation with our call center. We apologize to ******************** ******* for any inconvenience or frustrations this may have caused her..
