    Due to Covid 19 and the California state order, I have not set foot in this gym since 3/10/2020. I cancelled my membership and yet I received a letter dated 7/16/21 stating that I had a past due balance of $125.00, charges of $25.00 on 6/1/20, 6/2/20,6/25/20,7/1/20,7/2/20. My membership was originally established as a monthly withdrawal of $25.00 so why is this business trying to charge me multiple times a month especially when they are ordered to be closed, Kings County was in the Purple Tier, with only outdoor activities with limited people gathering. Within a minute of stating to Mallory, member services manager, that I do not have a past due balance on a cancelled membership she said "well you can settle for $100 and save yourself $25.00". This is not the first time this business has attempted an unethical money grab from those who cancelled their memberships I cancelled as soon as I could due to the unsafe conditions relating to COVID 19.

    **** is really rude, I came in and was told I had a balance. I was told i can still work out, however it bothered me that i had a balace so I came back to the front desk to see what me balace was. I was shocked because I paid 19 dollars a month and I was told that my bill is now 25 dollars a month and I owed 62 dollars. I was confused because for the past three years since i signed up for the membership it has been 19 dollars. I asked the young lady at the desk to call **** because this has to be a mistake, **** then tells the young lady that he is terminating my mebership and I can't go to workout. This is bad customer service I did nothing but wanted to know why am I being charged all of a sudden 25 dollars instead of 19. I am reporting what happened to me. tonight. I do the Zumba classes there. I did not do anything but wanted to know what is going on with my account, to be treated like this isn't right. If **** doesn't make this right I will be forced to file a claim against his gym. That is not right to tell the young lady to terminate my gym mebership because I asked her to call **** hoping that it would turn out positive instead of negative. **** you have the chance to fix this misunderstanding with my gym mebership at your gym.
