On 9-7-2022 I made a $50 deposit and on 9-15-2022 I paid the remaining $227.04 to this business to replace my windshield after it had suffered numerous rock chips and one large spider crack due to a rock chip. Since having the windshield replaced on 9-15-2022, it is clear that the windshield is severely warped, and it has consistently leaked into the interior whenever it rains or I go through a car wash. I first had the windshield re-sealed in the beginning of October after going through a car wash and having water come out of the top of the windshield, but the severity of the problem didn’t become apparent until after this where the water leaked down the a-pillar of the car during a car wash, wetting the connections to the cars computer and making the car give an error that made it unable to drive. Once the connections dried out the car resumed normal operation, but every time it has rained since water has gotten in and the same problem has occurred. I have taken it back to Tint Dr multiple times to add more sealant, and they eventually told me that the windshield is warped beyond usability and they would try one more time to re-seal it but if that did not work they would have to replace it entirely. They did a complete re-seal of the windshield and it is still leaking. When I contacted them again about the issue they informed me that the latest re-seal should have resolved the issue and there is nothing they can do to help me and they will not be replacing the windshield as there is no way that could be the issue, stating it must be a structural issue with the frame around the windshield. At this point I can only drive my car on days it isn’t raining or it will turn off when idle and not turn back on until it dries out. I have had to rent a car twice for a week each to get to work, and have had the car towed home twice. At this time I would like a refund of my total $277.04 so I can go to a different business for a replacement.
