I'm writing about the Selma ER . I went in with severe lower abdominal pain. A ct scan with contrast was ordered and I told them verbally and it's in my charts I'm allergic to iodine. They said they will give me something before to stop the immediate vomiting that happens the minute they put the iodine in . Didn't work just second that contrast hit my system I was rolling over vomiting . When they came back with the report that I was fine and that I had a prior HYSTERECTOMY I was not only mortified because I never had a Hysterectomy and now thinking is this cat scan is not accurate, OBVIOUSLY!!! Not to mention the pain and pressure that I went through as I was having a bowel movement the night before was so horrific I know good and well I am not fine!! Now I'm home after having a botched cat scan and a female VAGINAL exam and still in horrific freaking pain! I am so upset ,still in pain ,and had to try to get these people to believe I have all my reproductive organs!! I think investigating the complaints like this is in orderReview from Veronica W

Their booking department is terrible. They have miscoded encounters that caused my insurance to deny payment on multiple covered services. They send a new book for every visit but never send an account summary so I never know what the book is actually for. I have to call to get an account statement and they can can't email it, they can only mail through USPS. They have sent me to collections on a bill while I was in the hospital and I didn't find out until I applied for a mortgage. The delinquent account cause my interest rate to increase, so their lack of communication has caused me financial harm and emotional stress. Their customer service workers are nice but they can't do anything but read their screen to me. I'd prefer a productive **** than an useless smile.
