            On 5/15/2024, I had my Harley ******** towed to Feroma Motorsport located at *************************** Hanford ca. because it wouldn't start. I was told that a diagnostic would be necessary and the fee would be $250.00. I was also informed that the fee wouldn't go towards repairs. Before the end of the day I contacted Feroma to not start the diagnostic and I will be picking the bike up first thing in the morning. On 5/16/2024, I arrived with a tow truck. I was informed that only $210.00 of the $250.00 will be returned to my debit card . When I questioned this action I was told that they have to charge me $10.00 per transaction. Even if that was so, They would have just charged me $20.00 instead of $40.00. I'm seeking a $40,00 refund because no work was done. this is bad business practice as well as theft.
