Introduced to Mason-Taylor through ***************** to do my bathroom remodel. We contracted outside of ***** for extra work noted on proposal. I did not receive proposal back signed by them. He did arrange for windows to be measured by a vendor, but I was never shown pictures or given options for window frame design. Project for bathroom was delayed by ***** and picked up again in June. At this point, i had reached out to ****, my contact at Mason-Taylor, for a refund of the deposit and money I had sent $7500. I emailed and called, voicemail full and no response. Then I texted and got a reponse that he would vw out of town but would respond back. I have not hear back from him since. However, the window vendor reached out to inform me that my windows were ready to be installed and that he had already been paid. Windows were installed 8/25/22 but frames were thicker than anticipated. I had no reference or choice to go by. Window vendor would not send me an invoice of what Mason-Taylor ordered and paid them because he wanted to "protect their privacy". I have have been following up with **** since with no response. Phone number i have been using same as that on website. Also used thw messaging section on their website and received no response. I would like to be reimbursed $2316. $7500 minus $5184 for windows as noted in proposal.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/27) */ Hello, The customer denied the door that was ordered for her. She asked the window vendor for pricing and contract information we have with him. That request was denied as that is a private contract between Mason-Taylor Construction and Window Vendor. The door was not installed and ****** will be getting the requested refund. Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/12/04) */ Refund nor letter/communication regarding resolution never received from business. Issue NOT resolved
