This car dealer sold me a salvaged vehicle that is almost a decade old with several problems. I am being overcharged for the vehicle and paying a lot more than the vehicles worth. The warranty I was offered was unacceptable at only 30 days. When I contacted the car salesman he proceeded to cuss me out and degreade me and wrongfully threatened to come to my address and repossess my vehicle unlawfully. I suspect this man sells cars illegally. I believe he is scamming people out of money since the payments made on the vehicle are via Zelle. This man is ***** *********** and extremely ************** and no longer ******** to run a ********* He is now trying to ******* with me and ***** me rather than ********** the issueBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/16) */ Ref to the above The customer had not been making payments on time and we had helped him buy differing payments.He also let his insurance get canceled for non payment which makes his contract into default. we informed him if he does not get current with his payments and have valid insurance as agreed car will get repossessed.and now he is upset.has made all theses falls allegation without fact or merit. if you have any further questions please feel free to contact me. best RegardsInitial Complaint

The starter wasn't working when I first purchased the vehicle witching the first week. Made a complaint to fix it, knowing I have a ********* They was willing to fix the issue but kept putting it back and back eventually where I had to go to somewhere else to get it fixed. When I went to the auto shop that the dealership never told me it was a salvaged car on top of the starter not even being the correct starter causing it to bring pressure to the intake and burning a rubber piece that was connected to the starter for no reason. This could have put my life and family in danger car smelling burnt I didn't notice it really tell my girlfriend said something. He also lacks on information that he won't even tell what company of bank he finances with I wanna make a complaint about to them about him how he runs his business. I also have him on a recorded line ******* at me and using unprofessional words please I need help for this never been in a situation be great reaching out. Thank youBusiness response
