            I contracted with, and paid for, a round trip charter flight with Surf Air on September 26, 2023. Departure from ********* ** to ******* ** on Wednesday November 1, 2023 returning Friday afternoon November 3, 2023. The plane I contracted for was a Cirrus Vision Jet. I had no issues with the November 1 flight. However, when I arrived at the airport on November 3, I was informed that no Cirrus Vision Jet plane was available, and that if I wanted to return to ********* that day, I would need to pay an additional $4825.96 more for a light jet. Surf Air offered no other alternative for me to return home that day, and refused to honor their commitment at the originally contracted price. Because that was the only alternative offered, I felt compelled, under duress, to agree that arrangement. The total fees paid ended up costing more than other fares charged by other charter companies. This incident has elements of a bait-and-switch scheme, and the fact that Surf Air refuse to honor the contracted arrangements reflects an abhorrent , and possibly illegal, business practice.

            I had a similar experience. The plane I paid for return flight on a Friday afternoon I was told was not available , and I was forced into an upsell in order to return home for the weekend. Will never use Surf Air again. Beware!
