      To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a complaint against SkyOne Federal Credit Union for improper repossession practices that have violated my consumer rights.Violation of Notification Requirements:SkyOne Federal Credit Union failed to provide proper and timely notification of the repossession of my vehicle. Despite multiple requests, SkyOne has not provided:Proof of notices sent to my home address regarding the repossession, including proof of mailing and delivery.Detailed logs of all attempted communications, including dates, times, and the content of any messages left by their office.Failure to Provide Adequate Documentation:The documents provided include:My original financial paperwork signed with another company that SkyOne presumably acquired.Copies of monthly statements, which I never received.An account statement detailing the past due balance of $3,228.95.These documents do not include any proof of proper notification or communication records.Inadequate Response Time for Certified Mail:I received certified mail on July 8th, 2024 containing sale information, dated July 1st, 2024, which states that I have 10 days to respond. However, I only just received and signed for this mail today, significantly reducing the time I have to address this issue.Emotional Distress and Inconvenience:The improper repossession and failure to provide adequate documentation have caused significant emotional distress and inconvenience. The lack of proper notification and sudden repossession of my vehicle disrupted my daily life and caused undue stress.

      I opened my account in June 2023 as part of the SUMMER promotion they had, which involved giving an account bonus as long as a certain number of direct deposits were made. This involved direct deposit amounts for 7 months. In February 2024, I reached out again and they said that I had met all the requirements of the summer promotion and should be expecting a payout soon. On March 11 2024, I reached out again and they told me that while I had met the promotion, it required a "manual payout", which could take 7-10 days. Finally, today, March 25th, I reached out again (14 days later) and they said that there was only one person approving manual payouts but they were not available and that's why it was taking so long. To recap, SkyOne:- Promised me a bonus if I met this promotion conditions - They themselves told me I met the promotion conditions - They had no communications with me regarding the promotion except for the ones where I reached out - They promised me they would give me the payout but so far have just been extending deadlines and making excuses I would like to get the promotion I am entitled to and then close out the account.

      I received a letter in the mail saying my credit card application is denied and I never applied for a credit card and never wanted a credit card and someone stolen my identity and I wish to have this hard inquiry removed off my credit report thanks this is fraud

      I applied for a SkyOne account all the way back in late summer 2022 because of a bonus and got an account. Finally in January 2023 I was informed that the bonus had been received and credited to my account. When I called to ask about my account and the bonus I was told that my account had been closed by the credit union for reasons they couldn't specify in January without ever contacting me (conveniently right after I got the bonus) even though I had applied all the way back in Summer 2022, and that because I didn't sign up for e-statements (which if it was an option I'm sure I did) that they wouldn't be able to give me back my initial deposit either. I would like both my original deposit and the $100 bonus whose requirements I met back.

      I am not liable for this debt with Skyone Federal CU 2/6/2023, JPMCB 6/7/2023 & Professional Fin #** . I do not have a contract with the collection agencies trying to collect and reporting this to my credit report. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

      SkyOne had a new account promotion that ran from 12/27-12/31. I signed up for the account and was approved immediately. They even ordered a debit card for me. My account was funded with a credit card and the charge has already posted to my account. So, SkyOne already has my funds. I also transferred funds to my account via Zelle. Two days later, my account was frozen. When I contacted them, they told me that the account was under review and that I would be notified in 1-4 business days and wouldn't have access to my account before then. They refused to even tell me why the account was under review. I told the rep that I wanted this escalated since I didn't have access to the funds that I transferred via Zelle. He told me that he would submit a ticket. But, he refused to tell me which department he was escalating the matter to until I told him that I could just submit a formal complaint. He actually stated that he's not allowed to let me know which department he's escalating this to. I believe that SkyOne ran this promotion with the intent to inflate their membership numbers, get new customers to deposit funds, and then close their accounts. This is a scam. I manage a financial services site and other SkyOne customers have reported the same issue with their new accounts.

Member outreach was made to request for additional supporting documentation and was provided. Request waw satisfied and the credit union has concluded our review and reinstated the account and member now has full access.

      Good evening, My debit card expired in November of 2022. I contact SkyOne to let them know that I never received the card. One of the customer service specialist advised me to wait a week or week and call back I did. The gentleman I spoke to on my 2nd call assisted and double check my address and stated my card would be sent and replaced. Still nothing. I called the 3rd time the specialist assisted and said she would put the issue with the department that handles this to assist. I have no received a call back or my debit card. I'd like assistance with this matter with proper tracking such as ups or fedex. I asked the last specialist to have this expedited still no card. With it being the holidays and being with SkyOne with no issues until now worries me. The billing and mailing address was confirmed numerous times yet still no debit card to access my account.

Our records indicate that the credit union has made several attempts, on Nov. 21 and Dec. 23, to contact the member to confirm the address before a replacement card was ordered since the renew card was not previously received. Messages were left; however, the credit union have not heard back since. We have proceeded to order and expedited a new card to the address on the account on Jan. 9, 2023. Credit union made attempts without specifically saying what they were calling about. On 1/9/23 randy from the credit union left a voice mail and left a message to confirm address. I called back and went straight to voice mail. I left several messages to confirm address but never a call back. I received a notice that my debit card was FedEx but it was sent to an address over 3 years old. The address on file is the correct address but was sent to an old address. I called randy letting him know the issue but still no response. I'd like to receive my debit card to the correct address. Sooner than later.       Refinanced a loan through Sky One credit Union. I was charged fees that I did not approve or they were not properly explained to me.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/19) */ We reviewed the loan documents and the consumer paid no fees for this loan. The member did purchase a Vehicle Service contract. Our vendor NALN who brought us this loan pulled the call recording and shared that the Loan Officer went over all the products and the customer even joked about buying the VSC, "My future wife said you're crazy if you don't get it". The ** went over the other products and the customer kept saying "yup" and "good" as he went over the features and benefits. We have reached out to the borrower to discuss his concerns and explain that these aren't loan fees. We have received no call backs yet.

      Skyone Credit Union has falsely accused me of overdrafting my account. This is a result of fraud and I desperately sought out help from them to dispute it several times. I called three times to report this and I thought I was going to get help. They then closed my online access so I couldn't get into it to fix it with at least a small deposit. They then expected me to drive to another state to find a branch. After this They then reported me to ********** credit. I tried calling them with no luck as well as Skyone qgain. No luck. I am seeking complete reversal of this disputing due to no contact and I tried to report the fraud.
