Ive been with Skyone credit union for over fifty years. It has always been great. Rarely had a problem with their services. 2024 has changed the company! No one answers the phone or text! Just recording. Since they changed the credit card (still with there name) to another company. Now you cant access the accounts freely. YOU CAN NOT MAKE A PAYMENT! I had to contact the other company (they cant access my account). I CANT WAIT TO DUMP SKYONE! In my whole life, no company treated me worse. Do not try them with your money!Review from cymon f

This a a very shady , deceptive place. STAY AWAY. NOT to be trusted !! They refuse to reply to emails/ online messaging --anything that will have a record /printed they will not reply to, They tell you they are recording phone calls ---just be sure YOU are recording them too....you'll want to submit them for evidence to the *** , Attorney General and **** Submit your issues to ********** of ******* website *******.gov and also State Attorney General NAAG.org, , Federal Trade Commision FTC.gov, National Credit Union MyCreditUnion.govReview from Rowan L

This Bank seems to be the preferred Bank for scammers. I was scammed for $29478. My IRS return was sent to this Bank, a Bank I've never visited before, never heard of before, and doesn't even live in the same State. I contacted IRS who advised me to contact the bank which I did. They told me the risk management would get in touch with me which they never did. IRS had to send them a refund trace which they had 120 days to respond. They waited the entire 120 days just to say what we already know. My refund was sent to someone else account at that Bank. They refused to help me retrieve my money, they refused to investigate the person who my money was sent to, they refused to investigate the whole matter. Instead they told the representatives to tell me they can't help me because I'm not the owner of the account that my money was sent to. Instead they are protecting this person even though both me and IRS reported to them

At SkyOne Federal Credit Union we take all cases of fraud very seriously. Based on our investigation, it appears that the individual was the victim of fraudulent activity committed by their tax preparer. However, we have followed all internal processes and responded to all requests from the *** in a timely manner. The funds posted to the account number provided on the *** deposit and there is no negligence on our part. We understand that the loss of money due to fraudulent activity is a difficult and frustrating experience.
