To whom it may concern,Today 12/12/2023 7:45 PM for the third time, my son (15yrsold)was discriminated, refused service after order was placed by mobile. I have had a conversation, multiple conversations with their staff and manager regarding this matter. They reports there is kids that go in and disrupt the restaurant and which is why they refuse minors orders. I have addressed this issue and have noticed them that they are confusing my son. He does not go to school around this area and he is never in the restaurant. The only time he is in the restaurant is to pick up an order that was placed and paid by mobile. As soon as he arrives to the restaurant he is been discriminated and literally to the point were they refund his money instead of handing him the mobile order that was placed and paid for. This is very disappointing been that the McDonalds is literally in the corner of my house and honestly depend on him buying food from there while I am at work. I have attempted to resolve this situation but knowing seems to care. I would greatly appreciated if someone please helps me in resolving this without any legal matters. I just want to be able to have my son place mobile orders and safely pick up his order in a place were it is not hostile.
