Attempted to make a purchase while said discount was available. The discount was time limited and I had over 2 minutes to make the purchase. All the information was complete, but every time I tried to complete the purchase, the link was dead until the time limit was up! I called the company to make sure that any information was not in the system so as not to be charged. Only to have the answering service( which is not in the states) claim there is no information in the system connected to me! At the very same moment I get an email from the so-called manager of the company apologizing for my inconvenience and offered another discount link! I informed them that I better not see a charge on my card from them and that I will report them! The man lied to me right on the spot about not having my information! I smell a massive SCAM! I purchased the fuel save pro and tried installing it. I followed the instructions step by step and the device would not connect to my car. I repeated the same process 3 times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but the thing would not connect. I reached out to them and was only given a partial refund even though the package says 30 day money back guarantee. I feel I was scammed and this product simply does not work.Initial Complaint

Subject: Urgent Complaint - ECO/OBD2 Product Scam Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to bring to your attention the fraudulent activities of the company that sold me the ECO/OBD2 product, claiming to enhance a vehicle's fuel mileage, power, and reduce noise but proving to be nothing more than a worthless blinking device. Swift action is needed to protect consumers from falling victim to this deceitful enterprise.Upon meticulous monitoring of my vehicle's fuel consumption and miles per gallon, it became evident that the ECO/OBD2 product failed to deliver on its promised benefits. Contrary to the company's claims, my vehicle showed no improvement in fuel efficiency, power, or noise reduction after installing this purportedly revolutionary device.According to the purchase agreement, guaranteeing a refund in such cases, I have attempted three times to contact the company via email for a refund, but my efforts were met with complete silence, demonstrating a blatant disregard for customer concerns and a lack of integrity.This company is engaged in deceptive business practices, peddling a product that fails to deliver on its advertised features and refusing to honor its own refund policy. I am appalled by the lack of accountability demonstrated by this fraudulent entity.I urge the Better Business Bureau to take forceful action against this deceitful company, ensuring accountability for their fraudulent activities and compelling them to rectify their wrongful actions. Furthermore, I strongly advise consumers to avoid products from this unscrupulous company, as they have shown a complete disregard for ethical business practices.Had I checked the BBB rating before my purchase, I would have spared myself financial loss and frustration caused by this company's dishonest dealings. I ordered a fuel save pro on November 20th it shipped November 21 from Union, ** by DHL and moved through the system until it arrived in ************ ** on the 25th it has not moved since then I have called and emailed them and get the same response "Your order is in transit. Here is the tracking information for your order:Tracking number: ********************** Tracking link: *********************************************************************************** It may take a while to see updates on the tracking website. If no data appears, please try again in the next few days."It's clear to me that the package is lost, Feel free to follow the above link to the **** site and see for yourself. I would like the product resent or my money back. I get get nothing but the above response from them, they will not acknowledge that the package is not moving.Customer response

they have refunded my money after I called them and threaten to get the BBB involved.
