My car over heated and shut off, I called tow truck immediately from the scene and towed directly to S & A auto repair. Once vehicle arrived o was advised possibly a hose and he will get back to me. **** from shops calls and says radiator leaking and need new one will order part and vehicle will Be ready that Friday April 8th. On Thursday he calls says I have oil leaking and need new part. I advised him I just got oil change April 1st and was not advised of oil leaking also I park in garage and if oil leaking I would know, he shows me part where leaking occurring and says oil shop may not knew cause it's on the bottom cost raised to $**** and vehicle will be ready Wednesday. I call him on Wednesday ask for status because I hadn't heard from him he states he will call me in 20 minutes, and hour and half goes by he calls me and says he has bad news my head is damage and I drove car hot, advised as soon as it ran hot I pulled over abs had vehicle towed. He now needs $**** more and repair will take about a week, I get call text today vehicle time longer will be Saturday which original date Friday and possible more things will be found and cost will be more for parts. My biggest concern is tow tow guy advised vehicle hose broken and why vehicle ran hot, ever since my vehicle has been in this shop every time it's time for the vehicle to be ready there is something new wrong and additional money needed. We are currently at $**** for repair with no date of completion and he wants to already say it's possibly additional damage not sure why diagnostic was not performed and if he just making up things as he go. I advised him no more work is authorized at this point and I just want my car and will take the vehicle somewhere else. He has been extremely rude and has lack of empathy. He started texting me without permission and I would like to get my car and move it to be checked that repairs were done and get refund if new parts not in my car and my car is still not running.
