      I purchased a car from Car carwold Less than three weeks ago and that engine seems to have a misfire whenever I press the gas while Im on the highway Ive recorded seven Incident where I press the gas and it takes more than four minutes to speed up. Also, the engine seems to be struggling whenever this happens Ive not made a payment on the car and Ive given them $4500 and Im already experiencing problems I would like for them to fix this or reimburse me back from my money.

      !!DONT GO HERE!!!!!!WASTE OF TIME!!! literally drove a total of 3 hrs just for them to tell me I need $3500 after I called and asked them if they work with my credit lady name **** said ya you are approved for a car over 19k and no down all I needed was my license and insurance for the car of my choice well after the drive there *** the supposedly finance manager looked at us and said even before we sat down he said we need $3500 down no questions asked literally was there 10 mins he didn't even look my name up or credit but said NO

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Car World regarding deceptive and fraudulent practices that I experienced during a recent car purchase at their dealership. The details of the incident are as follows:On April 8, I purchased a car from Car World for a price that was advertised as $9,995. However, after signing the contract, I discovered that the dealership had altered the contract without my consent, changing the price to $17,995 and totaling out to a payment of $25,000. Additionally, my signature was forged on the new contract, and the dealership engaged in false advertising by falsely representing the price of the vehicle.These deceptive practices by Car World have caused me significant financial harm and emotional distress. The dealership's actions not only violated consumer protection laws but also undermined my trust and confidence in their business integrity.I am seeking the following resolutions to this matter:1. Refund of the overcharged amount that resulted from the deceptive pricing practices 2. Disciplinary action against Car World for engaging in fraudulent activities, including forging signatures and false advertising I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this complaint and take appropriate action to address the misconduct by Car World. I believe that the dealership's actions are in violation of consumer rights and ethical business practices, and I trust that the Better Business Bureau will work to ensure a fair resolution to this matter.I have attached relevant documents, including the altered contract and evidence of false advertising, to support my complaint.       On March 6, 2024 I went to Carworld, ********* location to finance a used car. I called earlier in the day to make sure I had enough down payment and I told them I only had $3,000, if I would be able to leave with a vehicle and was told yes come on down. The salesman ordered us (my partner, son, and I) an Uber. The car was supposed to be for my partner but she was told she cant get a car due to having baby credit so only I was able to get the car. We looked at multiple cars about 3 but was told our best choice would be a white 2014 ****** Impreza. We ended up settling on it since they said we wouldnt be able to choose any other car. I went into the office with another sales man and he was asking if I had any more money to put into the down payment I ended up paying a total of $3,500 instead of the initial $3,000 I said I had. He told me to sign a total of 6 of 7 papers by only stating sign here and here. He went over the insurance longer than the contract. It was close to closing time so as we were leaving the salesman that sold us the ****** told us if we wanted to trade it in for another car, to bring in another $1,000.They even claimed to changed the battery, but in the 3 weeks of having the car, it needed to be jumpstarted 2 times. On March 22nd I was leaving my house to go to work and my car wasnt where it was parked. I called the police station and I was informed the car wasnt registered under my name so I couldnt receive information on the car. I called the dealership and was informed my car was repossessed. I was told I had to pay a remaining balance of the down payment of another $1,000 along with other fees to a total of $2,500. Not only have I been missing days of work, my partner and I just moved so everything of hers and our sons personal belongings were all in the car. Every time we call, we get transferred, and they end the call. We just wanted a full refund, repo off my credit, and belongings in vehicle.

      This company wouldnt accept my car payments due to the type of insurance I had which in problem was the price of my deductible. They took my money and didnt want to give me my car not my money back and closed the office while I stood there with no help to change insurance plans after the business had closed already. My deductible was 2,000$ and I switched it to the lowest available which was 1,500$. Car world no longer wants to accept my car insurance due to them wanting and requiring a $1,000 deductible which wasnt available with the company I had full coverage with (*****************). So they told the company that they can no longer accept that insurance and offered me to pay their companys insurance at the price of $646 a month , with 300$ down for full coverage. My car note with them is 425$. Why would my car insurance cost wayy more than my car note. So since I didnt move forward Ive waited to get insurance at another place. Yet and still they wont accept my car payments until insurance is set . They repossessed my car today 12/8/23 . Not because I dont have the money for the car note but because I didnt get the insurance they prefer me to have. I need help please this is not right.

      I purchased my vehicle Oct 10th 2023 I had put down $4500 and had a balloon payment for $4500 they told me my payments would start after January for my regular car payment. When I purchased the vehicle the person told me that I can pay what ever amount as long as I pay b4 my actual payments starts. So November came and the payment department called me to make a payment on the 10th n I told her I wasnt informed I had to pay on the 10th she asked me when would I be able to make the payment I told her the 23 she said ok when thanksgiving came they repo my car and never informed me I called them the next day and they told me I have to pay $3800 to get my car back thats for November payment and December payment and the fees is )$800 I went there the Saturday to make my payment they refused to take my payment and told me Ill have to wait till Monday they told me it will b a $80 charge so they refuse to let me take a payment and took my $4500 they didnt even wait till December 1st to repo my car they took it the same day that it was due and they guy I spoke to wasnt even trying to help me

      I purchase a car that had a lot of problems and they switch me out into another car which I am now having problems with as well and no one will help but my first car note is due soon. I had to rent a car 2 days after I left the dealership cause the car was leaking fluid and I call them about my frustration about them keep giving me a car that don't work or something wrong with it and they are hanging the phone ** in my face. I ask for them to reimburse me for the money I spent on the rental car cause I was not able to drive the car I purchased from Car World and I was told that the will not reimburse me, so I'm continuing to lose money I don't have to lose, I'm a single parent and I have to drive my child to school that is 20 minutes away from home. I've been back and forth to the business with the first car and now with the second car and both have inconvenient me from the first day I purchased a car from them on October 18, 2023, I have not enjoy the car from day 1. The first car been with them more than me and now I'm going through the same thing with the second car they traded me into cause the first one wasn't working right. I asked for them to just give me my money back and they refuse. I need help **** I am being taking advantage of by a dealership full of men with no respect for woman's and taking money to give me car's that don't work

      I purchased my car about a month ago if that.. My front driver side strut is out & today the passenger side in the front strut went out I believe....I can't even drive my vehicle because it won't move without making a loud grinding noise....I took the car back to the dealer about a week ago & I was told that I was 600 miles over the warranty coverage but when i purchased the vehicle I was told by the salesman that if I had a problem even if i was over the mileage that they would still work with me...I told the floor manager and he told me that the salesman should have never told me this & that there is nothing he could do to help me..I have given them $4,000.00 & I still owe them over $13,000. for payments on a vehicle that I can not drive....I even noticed they sprayed some type of leak proof foam in the wheel wale where my main issue is...They told me that my car was certified and that they did all the checks to make sure that my car was in great ************ completely lied...Car World should be sued or under investigation with all the complaints I see for the same type situations....Can u help me...?

      ************************* put this car on ******** Marketplace to sell. I contacted him to see vehicle. We met up to see vehicle. I met up with him on 5/28/23 and exchanged monies for car. He gave me a written up bill of sale and transfer title paper. I went to AAA to do paperwork, to find out ************************* had lien on car from CARWORLD. I called CARWORLD to find out he owed 19k still on car. ************************* sold this car knowing that this car had lien on it.

      I bought a vehicle on June 12th and it has been giving me a lot of issues, I want to return it and receive my money back. But the company implies that I can not even though I have a 30 day warranty. Theyre very unprofessional and allowed customers to smoke marijuana and drink alcohol on the company site. I really need help getting my refund and putting this business out of work because theyre Lying to all their customers and giving us false narratives. Thank you so much
