Worse car company ever. They dont disclose the full information about the vehicle they sale you. They sold me a busted up car that I barely had for 4 months and lied about the service and warranty. Told me to my face they couldnt fix the car and wouldnt take the car back to refund me my 6K I put down upfront.The salesman here are con artist and crooks.Review from Eboni M

This is a PSA!!!!! To anyone who is thinking about buying a car from here please dont.. WARNING!!!! PLEASE DONT!!! I purchased a car 2018 Malibu on 03/05/24. I put $3400 down and had to pay $500 for full coverage ins. in order to drive car off the lot I also had two balloon payments of $750 soon as i bought the car the car started acting up on the freeway it wasnt catching no speed I took it back on 03/09/24 and got a Maxima I was 21 days late on my second balloon payment after the said they would work with me and do you know they repossessed my vehicle how can they do that and I havent even made my first car payment and nowhere does it say in my contract if you dont make ur balloon payments we have all rights to repossess vehicle.. now they hitting me with all these fees which is around $2,000 and some change to get the car out they wont even work with me to get the car out after they done took my hard earned money if youre thinking about getting a car from this car lot in ********* dont because theyre all about taking ur money and thats it I dont know about the other one in ********* but this on definitely dont get one from there bunch of snakesReview from Reginald M

Furthermore, when I started to complain **** told me to *** him. He further said what do you expect? I'm a used car salesman. While I was sitting in his office, a ***************** came in and flashed a big bag of weed and he said let me smell it. A few minutes later he got up and went outside and smoked the weed and returned 15 minutes laterReview from Lemons H

Im not giving any stars. I got a car in September and they had to keep it to fix it. They kept giving the run around and ***** is a liar. Making promises he cant keep. They said they would report to the credit bureau and they havent since I got the car except for the first month. They sell lemons there. There is a lawsuit against them. So unprofessional and only want people money I would not recommend to anybody who is looking for a vehicle. They sell lemons. Its ridiculous. They just tell you what you want to hear so they dont have to deal with you. Overpriced and only care about the money. They take advantage of people who are in need of a car. I would of been better using offer up. Im about to hop on the wagon with the lawsuit that they have and encourage others to do the same. They need to be shut down ASAP!! I wish I could get my money back for the hunk of junk they sold me.Review from Travis S

Came to a deal on a vehicle with Carworld only to find out they wanted to add $1995 to the vehicle price for a required tracking device. I asked to speak to the manager, told him that you cant require that a tracking device be installed in the *********** and that changing the agreed upon verbal price offer accepting is a illegal practice in the auto sales industry. His response was thats how they make money here I told him I intend to report this and his response was Im just the messenger, its the practice of the owner, go ahead and report it maybe well sell more vehicles Never buy from this company!Review from Maria D

I bought a ******** from Carworld. It needed a few things to be fixed before I can drive it home. They claimed to have sent the car to a ******** dealer for repairs and thorough inspection. 2 weeks later, my daughter picks up the car and dives it home with check engine light and air bag on. Not to mention missing tire acres, broken speakers, headlights issues and no windshield wipers.They sold me a LEMON and wont return my calls.I need to speak with the owner of the company., please.Review from Tracy A

Car world is the worst place to get a car from they're very unprofessional they have no type of respect for their customers what so ever .they tell u what u wanna hear so u can buy a car from them an any little thing u do they're taking the car back without even warning Ian when u try to talk to them to resolve the problem they get very disrespectful they're stealing people car payments and making it seem as if you never payed it they're just all around horrible
