6/11/2024 I traded in my old truck & bought one from Silicon Valley Enthusiast but now 3 months later they have still not paid the loan. unfortunately, they have stopped answering my phone calls, and when I went into the business, they gave me the runaround saying that it would get taken care of by the end of that week. It has been now two weeks since I went into the business again.Initial Complaint

On may 4th I arrived at Silicon Valley dealership after previous correspondence about a 2008 Audi s4 for sale. after further inspection it was realized the car had an oil leak and the selling party said they would have it fixed before I receive the car. Also stating there is nothing else wrong with the car and that it should be good to go for quite some time after purchase as I made sure to clarify with the selling party that I dont want to have to make any major repairs in the near future. I paid 11k down and financed the rest. they promised to provide me with a car with no issues, ultimately they knowingly did not. Once the car was shipped back home to 2 weeks later to ******** ** I had the car inspected immediately, as I also told the dealership I would. The inspection found an oil leak ,the same oil leak they claimed to fix and multiple other issues totaling $3800. They have done nothing to resolve the issue despite me showing them proof of the oil leak still being present. They are being deceptive and dishonest and not taking responsibility. I wish to have the selling party pay for the expensive of actually fixing the oil leaks as they claimed and lied about fixing it the first time. Keep in mind the oil leak is only about **** the rest I was going to take care of myself. and they arent even willing to do that.
