If I had the opportunity to give Zero Stars, that would have been my choice. I have had two separate purchases that used this company for delivery in the last month and both were abysmal and beyond frustrating. I have called and talked to the manager, ***** about my frustration and he could not give a ***************** does not care about people or their service. They are subcontractors who have no accountability and leave customers either "high and dry" or without their product. Delivery was supposed to come on Friday afternoon but already deep within the window of the delivery it was canceled out of the blue with no reason. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!.Review from Dimitry I

This is worst delivery service I have ever seen.I ordered a set of furniture from ******************* furniture store and delivery was scheduled for July 15th, between 4:00 and 7:00 PM. At about 6 PM we started receiving calls every half an hour letting us know that delivery guys will arrive in 30 minutes. Finally, they arrived at 8:00 PM and told us that one of the delivered items, shelf, will not be assembled because it is already too late and they need to go home. After I gave them $50, they agreed to assemble the shelf. When I ordered this delivery, I have already paid for assembly. However, I had to pay for assembly twice! What a scam! On another occasion, I ordered delivery of the bedroom set from ******************* store. Same as last time, delivery was scheduled for July 29th between 4:00 and 7:00 PM. Again, like last time, at about 6 PM we started receiving calls every half an hour letting us know that delivery guys will arrive in 30 minutes. Finally, at 8:00 PM the district manager ************************* called us and let us know that delivery was cancelled! Both of us, my wife and I needed to leave work at 3:00 PM to be at home at 4:00 PM, hence we lost half of day for nothing. The most frustrating part of this experience was that manager was obnoxiously rude and did not offer any apology or support.
