  12.9.22 went to store talked to *****. I was looking to talk to the owner she said he is not in and will relay the message above as stated. She said *** the owner will call me.12-12-22 No call from owner still. Called store talked to ***** again she said *** (owner) is not in and will give message again. 10 minutes later receive call from *** he says he will be here Wednesday May 10 2021 Carpet installed. Few months later having issues November called ****** having issues with the carpet waving up throughout home.12.7.21 installers came out to fix issues.6 months having carpet issues again waving up all over again July 5 2022 ***** came out July 15 2022 installers came out this time they cut the carpet more and stretched. Looked to me he cut to short and over stretched the carpet. He started to use some sort of nail gun to hold carpet. I notice the carpet is having ripples the installers said dont worry in a few months it will fluff back out back to normal.December 8 2022 I called ******, telling him the carpet did not fluff back out and still looks horrible. Now he says nothing he can do.

  I am rejecting this response because: The carpet is not dirty and never was dirty the Carpet was left like this since July 15, 2022, from the 3rd time his worker was out here cutting and stretching the carpet more thinning it out rippling it and his worker said don't worry in a few months it would all fluff back out. I took his word for it.

  I am rejecting this response because: basically I am getting screwed this issues was left like this by his installer in July 2022. The inspectore would not answer any of my questions I asked him why after installer cut and stretched the carpet again in these areas the carpet is thined out. He says I can't answer any questions he is just here to test carpet for manufacureing issues. Who ever is reading this does anyone brush/rake there carpet? Again This carpet was left like this July 2022 .
