Order was placed with the business March 5th. Order shipment has been delayed time after time causing our business to lose clients trust. Went to pick up the items in person that have been ready to ship and have been verbally assaulted with racist remarks had a roll of shrink wrap plastic flung at us. Items still have not shipped while others have.Business response

reason one 1) out of stock
reason two 2) carrier can not pick up on time
some misunderstanding occurred while customer came picking up. our owner who yelled to his employee thought the order had placed at same day ( we can not accept same day order since short hand in warehouse).
once our employee took out the order, customer changed mind to leave.
